Alternate Dispute Resolution (Arbitration Agreement)
Agreement to Arbitrate
To resolve disputes efficiently, you and Solar Exit Advisors agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Messaging Terms and Conditions, or communications received from Solar Exit Advisors, will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
This agreement applies to all claims, including those based on contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or other legal theories.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.
This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).
Exceptions to Arbitration
This agreement does not prevent either party from:
- Filing an individual claim in small claims court
- Seeking enforcement through federal, state, or local agencies
- Requesting injunctive relief related to arbitration
- Filing claims related to intellectual property rights
Arbitration Procedures
Arbitration will be conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules and Consumer-Related Dispute Procedures of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Information about AAA and its rules is available at www.adr.org.
Before initiating arbitration, the party must send written notice describing the dispute and requested relief.

Modifications
